WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?
All shirts are regular fit 100% cotton Gildan unisex shirts. They are available in sizes small to extra large. Please see Size Guide for more info on measurements.
HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY SHIRT?
We aim to get all orders shipped out within five working days. It takes up to five working days because your order is handmade especially for you.
For eCheque Payments, we have to wait until your payment is clear, before we start to process your order. This means it could take a lot longer for you to receive your parcel.
We ship out first class so you can expect your shirt to be on your doorstep one working week or so after your order has been processed.
Oversea orders from the UK.
Please allow up to three working weeks for your shirt after the five working days of dispatch have passed. They may arrive sooner but this is what the UK Postal Service advises.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes. Email Patchworkapparel@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible. If you order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately not, as once an order is confirmed, we begin the process of making your shirt. Double check your order before you click confirm to avoid any disappointment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You have 24 hours after your order has been submitted to cancel it. Email us at Patchworkapparel@hotmail.co.uk to do so.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have, we may not be able to fulfil your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
No unfortunately you can not return your item for a refund, however we do offer an exchange service.
We are within our rights to deny a refund according to the UK Distance Selling Regulations as we are producing individual handmade custom items that are produced to order.
HOW DOES AN EXCHANGE WORK?
An exchange must be within three weeks after we have posted you the item. The new item must be of the same value of the previous and must be in stock at the current time of the exchange taking place.
We ask that you cover all postal charges in returning the item back to us.
